When we began to work with GRiP in 1999 it was our aim to intensify Sued-Chemie Group’s global efforts in attracting highly qualified young professionals. As a medium-sized but globally positioned corporation Sued-Chemie Group on its own would have lacked the resources to establish the required presence at the leading Business Schools world-wide. During the four years of our cooperation GRiP consistently brought us in touch us with well selected highly talented MBA graduates and alumni. Thereby, GRiP has played a valuable part in growing the group-wide team of our future managers.
