Development
GRiP has been working with the highest level of discretion and precision since 1997. Originally founded with the concept of attracting MBA graduates from leading international business schools for clients in Europe, the spectrum expanded quite quickly.
From the beginning, the core focus was on building long-term contacts with highly motivated international professionals. The client base, at first limited to Germany, expanded rapidly beyond boundaries initially across other Western European countries and subsequently as well to Eastern Europe and Russia, the USA, and as the latest addition to Africa. – später auch nach Osteuropa und Russland, die USA in 2013 nach Afrika.
Similarly, the client base broadened from private equity funds to include as well investment banks, asset managers, consulting and industrial companies. Today, our clients cover, for example, almost the entire principal investment spectrum: from early stage venture capital funds to growth / expansion capital, big ticket buyouts firms, family offices, special situations funds, to impact investing.
Just like our expansion in different countries and industries, the range of our mandates grew rapidly: from the initial post-MBA / associate level it soon extended across all levels from analyst to managing director.

For us, a trusting and credible communication with companies and applicants is essential. This enables us to consider the so-called 'soft factors' beyond the job descriptions that are often limited to hard facts. Moderating nuances is part of developing successful teams.
Encounter
We travel long distances to establish personal contacts - from visiting the campus of a prestigious business school in the United States to the office of a client in Southeast Asia.
Internationality
Almost every business activity today has an international component. Foreign languages and cultural flexibility through stys abroad are important aspects of a successful career. We are specifically looking for such profiles.
